Post Fruity Pork Meatballs
This recipes is good for 4 people and only takes 20mins to prepare and cook.

FRUITY PORK MEATBALLS
300g pack pork meatballs (waitrose organic is good if you can get it)
3 tablespoons caramelised onion marmalade or onion chutney
300ml (that's half a pint) vegetable stock (oxo)
2 red apples, cored and thickly sliced

Brown off the meat in a frying pan for 2 minutes over a high heat
Stir in the onion marmalade, add the stock and apples
Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes until the apple and pork are cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Spoon the meatballs and apple over mash or a jacket potato.

Enjoy!
