TERMS & CONDITIONS

Firstly, thank you for shopping with us. Your custom is really important and your satisfaction is paramount to us. We will endeavour to provide the best possible service to you and deliver your goods quickly after purchase. If there is a delay in dispatching your purchase, I'll try to call you if you've left a phone number or email you if you haven't to keep you informed. Sometimes things do go wrong!

Payment

You can pay by your chosen credit or debit card easily by choosing the NOCHEX payment option in the checkout. You will be linked to the NOCHEX secure payment pages to complete your transaction. Please note, the transaction will show up on your card statement as "Nochex" and NOT The Kitchen Cupboard.

If you already have a Paypal account, buying from us couldn't be easier. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility, and you can use your chosen credit or debit card to buy your goods. You will be linked to the secure Paypal pages to complete your transaction.


Delivery

All goods will be very carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. You should receive your goods within five working days of your purchase (Monday to Friday) but often it will arrive much sooner. In the main, we use Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Postage cost is worked out on a "per item" basis and is calculated on the weight of the individual products. As you go through the checkout, you will see the postage cost.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to addresses in the UK at present.

Returns

We spend a long time and work hard to ensure that the items we stock are the very best we can find. We are confident that you'll love the products you buy from us. Everything that leaves the shop is in perfect, tip top condition! Rest assured though, that if you do have a problem with any item, please contact us at the shop and we'll try to resolve it. We will replace any faulty item or refund your money if you prefer on receipt of the damaged or faulty goods. Please email me or ring me on 07581 337505 to discuss your problems (shop related, of course, but hey, I'm a good listener so feel free!)
